Web Design Studio Pro reserves the right to add, modify or discontinue any of its services or its features temporarily or permanently, without notice or liability to you. You will be deemed to have accepted any change if you make an enquiry after the revised Terms have been posted. Once you have submitted an online order form giving details of your enquiry, you will be contacted by Web Design Studio Pro to request any additional information, and to provide a cost estimate and/or to confirm that the service can be carried out according to your specifications. Once we agree on the scope of the project/task, the timelines and the fees, we will assign an assistant/team to this engagement, subject to these terms and conditions.

 

 

2. Obligations:

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information to Web Design Studio Pro and inform us promptly of any changes in requirement or information. You will provide regular and timely feedback and review through the entire term of the project. If such communication is not timely or forthcoming, within the period agreed to between the Parties, due to which the project extends beyond the term of the agreement, then Web Design Studio Pro will charge you for the additional hours as per the agreed rate. Web Design Studio Pro will not be liable to bear any loss or pay any compensation for such delays.

 

 

3. Disclaimer

• The materials on Web Design Studio Pro's web site are provided "as is". Web Design Studio Pro makes no warranties, expressed or implied, and hereby disclaims and negates all other warranties, including without limitation, implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property or other violation of rights. Further, Web Design Studio Pro does not warrant or make any representations concerning the accuracy, likely results, or reliability of the use of the materials on its Internet web site or otherwise relating to such materials or on any sites linked to this site.

 

• Under no circumstances, Web Design Studio Pro shall be held liable or responsible for any loss of business, monetary loss and others that may be suffered by the Company due to any decisions taken by the Company on inputs provided by Web Design Studio Pro. 4.Payment:

• You will pay Web Design Studio Pro 50% advance before the start of the project and pay 50% at the end of the project once you receive our invoice. This payment is payable within 7 days of receipt of invoice. Web Design Studio Pro will advise you prior to exceeding any initial fee estimate that is given to you, and any additional charges will be subject to your approval.

 

 

5. Limitations

• In no event shall Web Design Studio Pro or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on Web Design Studio Pro's Internet site, even if Web Design Studio Pro or a Web Design Studio Pro authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you.
