What payment options do you offer?

• All projects require a down payment of 50% to start, with the remaining payment due upon completion of the project.

 

 

Do I have to submit all the content right after I order or can I submit it later in the project?

• It is preferred that all site content be submitted at the start of the project. However, you can submit additional content throughout the design phase. This helps us determine the scope of the project, identify required resources, and limits the amount of delays that can occur in getting your Website designed.

 

 

Once you complete website design, who owns the Website?

• Once the final payment is received, you will receive 100% ownership of your Website.

 

 

What kind of guarantee do you offer on my web design order?

• We completely guarantee our design work. After viewing the initial draft(s), if you are not satisfied we offer revisions based on your feedback.

 

 

Will my website design be search engine friendly?

• All our websites are created with search engines in mind and the website design is compliant with search engine guidelines. We don’t have a lot of high quality images so what do you suggest?

• There are a number of websites that offer affordable stock images for use in website design projects. Most images cost less than twnety dollars per high-resolution image. We typically recommend iStockPhoto.com and BigStockPhoto.com. If you like one of our photos or our clients’ photos, it is safe to assume it was purchased at one of these websites.

 

 

Are references available?

• Absolutely. There are sample testimonials on our website for review. References can be provided prior to signing contracts. As a courtesy to existing clients and to limit unnecessary phone calls, references are not provided until we are the chosen website designer.
